These types of consultations are intended for people with non-emergency medical needs. Get to know our process

You fill out the form with your information, symptoms, location, and preferred appointment date.

Our team will receive your request and contact you through the provided methods (Email, Phone Number, or Whatsapp) to arrange the appointment for you.

After confirming your details and availability with the hospital or clinic near you, we will send an email requesting payment.

Step 4

Once payment has been submitted, we will confirm your appointment.

Step 5

On the day and time of your appointment, all you need to do is show up at the scheduled time and place, say your name, and bring your ID. You will not need to pay as we will cover the cost for you.

Note

It is important to note that the price mentioned above does not include any additional exams or treatments. If there is a need for any additional exams or treatments, we can recommend locations to get them for free. However, to schedule and pay for them, we will charge an additional fee that varies depending on the exams or treatment needed.

Through our network of partnerships and our team responsible for partnerships, we can usually schedule appointments for a hospital or clinic near you.

Being able to describe your symptoms and medical history is crucial for achieving the best possible diagnosis. Therefore, all of our doctors speak English in addition to the languages of the place where you are located. However, if needed, we can arrange for a medical translator to be available.

Because scheduling is based on the available spots in the hospital or clinic, we will need to verify what times are available. If your needed specialty is not available but you would like to have medical care, we can arrange for a doctor house call visit or a telemedicine appointment.
